File an electronic complaint with the FBI ON 909-784-3674 - Don't let them get away with harrrassment

I was told that I was going to be arrected and charged a felony for not paying back a payday loan. I received a call stating that I had to pay them within two hours. I also asked for the prosecuting attorneys name so that I can make payment arrangement myself and I was not given the name nor number of the prosecuting attorney.They have also called my job!!

This man had called me numors times just to tell me that i was a crimnal and i had no respect for money. I got a quote from a payday loan company and all of them told me that i could not get money because i didnt have direct deposit. all this money that they say is in my account was never put in there. so they are telling me since i never payed them back from the money that was never put into my account that i own they over 10,000 dollars in legal fees and late payments.

calls al hours of the night and day but no one speaks when I answer the phone.

dont know who is calling me from this number but,I cant find my phone and I looked up on line my acct and noticed since my phone has been missing this number shows up on my bill numerous of times. Please help me find out who this is.

They keep calling me at work, even though I have given them my cell number and told them to call after 4 p.m.

Yep, I just got the text message, too. And my service still charges me for text. This was unsolicited and cost me money. Is this legal? If it cost me money then they should have to pay since I ONLY use this phone for family and volunteer work and they would not have given my number. So how did these marketing scum get my info? And how do we go about making them pay for/reimburse the cost of their unwelcome text? I am on disability so for those of you who want to jump on my case for "whining" about cost... believe me... especially in this economy... EVERY penny counts. I tried calling it back via Google-voice but it just came back after a few rings with a prerecorded message stating that this number has a mailbox but that it had not been set up yet. Real professional. Can you say SCAM?

Call was a hang up on answering machine. not the first time

Calle spoke in broken English with a thick accent. He refused to tell me how he got my number, and when I asked fo his name and address of the company he started screaming at me, then hung up.
